Worst & politics in workculture Third grade place to work Guys dont think to work here for better future

Workload in dmart operations is huge but the workculture & appraisal system is so bad there is so much politics in operations & in Head office There is no value for good hardworking candidate in dmart they value only informer (चापलुस)person not hardworking person many hardworking & intelligent persons worked here for better future but they are forced to resign job by targeting them or they resigned job because of frustration Worst experience ever in my lifetime.......Read More

My work was of logistics manager i worked in dmart from 2015 but the company doesn't values hardworking person in season i have worked from 6 am to 3 am next day but the company never appreciate the hardworking person its like work ends man ends culture
