Work experience is terrible,No career growth. But employees are good And hard working

They did not have no rules and regulations I have completed my 6 months of provisional period in Aug 2021 But still now they did not provide me cumulative leave balance when asked about it from your HR they told me due to no update in confirmation letter my leave balance will not be generated. So the main thing is that when ever I took leave for any reason they deduct amount from my salary..
