Yes in Panalpina there was job security. Good work culture top management is very much transparent with there down level. Company was good policies and very good appraisal are fair bonus and increments.

Dislikes

No!! Political issues in Panalpina. Never salary deducted good growth for carrier. Good training for application and communication.

You can take your decision with consultant with your immediate boss. There was flexibility in reporting time.
