Working in EC blades Nd tools gives an opportunity to learn so much about fabrication because we have many new development projects there. In recent days we were developing Complete Engine shell for CLW kolkata. Appraisals and wages are always on time . Overall its good working there.

Dislikes

One thing the company lags at management team. If we have a good management team then sure this company would turn into a big name in Indian market.

Work Details

Currently working as a Production Supervisor and we are developing 1st complete Engine shell assembly in our company and i get alot to learn out of that. Overall it's great experience of working with such a wonderful team.
