Extremely unprofessional interview experience with éclat I recently had a virtual interview with éclat, and it was honestly one of the worst experience i ve' ever had the whole process felt more like an intense exam than actual job interview. The manager vineetha seemed to assume that I was trying to cheat while answeringQuestions. at one point, she even checked my laptop screen during the interview through screen sharing , Which made me feel super uncomfortable and mistrusted , i had clearly mentioned that i have experience in physician billing ,But vineetha continued to ask questions about general billing which didn't match my experience at all . it felt like she didn't even take my background into consideration before preparing her questions, Throughout the interview, she didn't let me finish any answer, she kept interrupting, which made it even harder to express myself.in the middle of the interview, she told me i was confusing at first but gave the correct answers later. Then at the end, She claimed that almost everything I said was wrong. How could she say that when her own feedback didn't match? It was incredibly confusing and frustrating. To make matter worse, after the interview, I tried reaching out the HR Vinay for feedback multiple times, But he didn't response to my calls and messages and finally I got response thought mail after the interview. Overall, this interview was a terrible experience. the lack of professionalism from both the Manager and HR Was shocking, and I would not recommend anyone going Through this process....Read More
