ECS being an Oracle centric organization, offers great opportunities for employees to grow and excel in the oracle space. The leadership team encourages in upskilling and cross skilling and certifications are also facilitated. Fun activities on the floor makes it a great place to be.

Commute to office everyday has been a challenge.

I have joined ECS recently and the experience to date has been pretty good. My interview experience was pleasant and the recruiter took me through the entire process. HR team was also helpful throughout the onboarding time. we also had a global induction session where we got to meet the senior team members.
