My team members were really supportive and talented. I got a good manager who came from SDE background himself. His team management skills were very nice. No micro-management and no over burdening the team with work. Team leads were very technically sound and supportive. All related sub-team members were really nice, talented and supportive. No office politics at all. This is as good as one could expect from a team....Read More

When it comes to upper management, they had really nice trick to scam both employees and clients. We were given average laptops which were not fast and not too slow also, just manageable. This increased time for the development task to complete, thus increasing overall billable hours to client :D. During salary hike, I got exceededratings from manager and team leads, but that year's hikes were halted because of Covid-19. And within that 1 year lock-down, this company went on buying almost 8-10 competition companies. But they didn't had money for salary revises. 1 year later, all employees got 10% hike without any discussion, even if someone performed really extraordinary. This company changed it's name 2 times within 1.5 years. I wonder why. Initially it's name was "Indecomm Global Services", then "Indecomm Digital Services". Also, on my last working day there, I had to sign an agreement which prohibits me from publicly defaming the company in case of any dispute....Read More

Work-life balance and long working hours were challenging, along with unrealistic project deadlines. There was no meaning of hard-work because employees fired at any time, no job security and toxic atmosphere.

No job guarantee, they will remove at anytime . Usual notice period 3 months, if you are in bench they will fire you without any notice. Hrs policies are worst in this organisation Especially the hr Name starting with 'Ravi Sankar'.
