There is only one good thing in the organisation that they have great values that sticks on the wall but wouldn't be found in Top Management.

There's no job security, anyone in the company at any level of position/designation is asked within a day to leave the organisation without even telling them their fault, forced resignations are being taken from employees they target. Top management interference is at highest peak andthe appraisal ratings are greatly reduced at top management level despite of the ratings given by employees' manager. The pay hike in appraisal despite of the fact that the company earns it's maximum profit in the previous quarter is very very less and the other benefits are being cut without any prior notice. Overall a very dissatisfied experience with the organisation and not only me for almost every other employee. The iteration rate is also very high....Read More
