They also hired the AVP named Santosh Sahoo, same he has also doesn't have Technical Skills. He only gets paid to make daily calls to take ticket updates and asks stupid questions to the Internal team like he is a customer. He doesn't provide any solutions to issues. They have started VP monopoly and he is recruiting his known people in a team like, he recruited AVP, DGM who doesn't have skills like L3 but they are on that post just because of VP. All old L3 are working under non-skilled VP, AVP & DGM, this is the biggest jock of this company.
