Diversity of talent is a USP for Evalueserve. Focus on innovation and automation helps in challenging yourself and doing better everyday. Knowledge is lifeline to survive in Evalueserve, and while working there you will feel like you are the best knower and doer of things.

Dislikes

Compensation is a demotivator; however learning is unlimited. One should negotiate very high initially before joining; post joining increment are peanuts. Favoritism is one area where they need to improve and hampers other growth.

Work Details

I was managing a team of 10 people across locations while handling a large client. The role involves client, people, project and productivity management. The work pressure was tremendous as managing time-zone is also a challenge.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

They need only work to be done on time mostly. Sometimes a couple of managers would take to micro-manage employees but that is not the case of the majority.

Dislikes

You may need to keep good relations with senior leadership as poor appraisal is given if relation isn't good.

They follow diplomatic appraisals where in one year a particular people gets appraisal and second year the rest. 5. Evalueserve previously had good training infrastructure, however its not as good as before. 6. HR is not for people but for stakeholders only.
