The atmosphere is competitive in a harmful way. They lied about the project duration and then cut me loose.

Dislikes

The culture is all about favoritism. It’s disheartening to see hard work go unnoticed while the boss's pets climb the ladder effortlessly. Promises made during the interview turned out to be empty words. I was misled from day one. The technology they use is outdated and inefficient. It slows down work instead of enhancing productivity.
