They make you do overtime without saying so. For example they will give you a project which is needed to be done in 16 working hours which is almost impossible since the file formatting is too long. office regular timings are 8 hours and one hour lunch. Then you will have to sit till 10 pm to get it done in 16 hours there is no compensation for your overtime and you have to do it in 16 working hours or else you wont get an upraise. no appreciation for work, i wish the management brings some changes and make this place easy to be at....Read More

Head of BD department is pretty good by his nature and also the senior HR admin is really supportive

Dislikes

Seniors in R&D were very partial with team members. They are not much experienced and don't know how to handle the team properly. They just like their favorite employees who support them in their politics. Overall R&D is not a good team.

No respect for girls no work life balance. 13 hour daily work. They don't care about your health your safety. They are selfish enough to use you like a slave and then through without notice

Few people are good like Mr Nilesh, kapil, Nitish, lokesh. If you’re lucky then you’ll get a chance to work with them but if you’re in other team then god knows.. They are just searching a reason to fire you and didn’t even try to save you. Selfish team.

Some trainees are fired without any notice. I remember a girl she’s very good at work and very punctual, but they fire her without any reason because this organisation doesn’t have any rules and regulations. They can destroy your career if you’re not supporting them in stupid politics. They don’t care about career of a trainee, theydon’t care how much she’s suffering because of this step. If you want to join think once because late evening work is normal here, personal request to girls don’t join here. Females are already suffering alot in life and this type of organisation will destroy there career too. Not a good company....Read More
