People here are good at heart.

Dislikes

There is no skill based hiring, promotions are completely based upon manager's. Existing employees even after having a better skillset are undermined by new hirings who are trained by the existing ones only and still lack the insight and skills. Manager is partial towards employees, he / she themselves opt for work from home but does not allow their juniors to do so.

They promote their relatives and girlfriends and are least bothered about hardworking people. Leaders are more useless than the employees and they are one of the most horrible bunch of people alive.
