No career growth within the team Manager does not know what leadership means - Loves to hangout with "Chamchas" for drinks and forms an opinion on the rest of the team members, and that reflects in the way he thinks about our professional work. Product team in chennai has old people who are in that company for 15+ years who has noknowledge on anything and yet behaves like a supreme star. Dont get fooled by the interviews they take . The overall product is not worth it. Its a digital marketing website with no future and you will be expected to make the product profitable based on the clueless strategy designed by the so called Chennai and UK leaders. Politics is worst. Product team wants to destroy BA team and vice versa. Basically, people want to out do each other to safe guard their team from the yearly firing process. Soft and Hard firing is more prevalent and successful in IDP than the so called yearly hike they give. The goals and KPIs to be met are impossible to achieve and none of them are "SMART", thus showing how "smart" the leadership team is. Overall, waste team. Do not wok in VADODARA branch as the branch manager is an animal indulging in destroying the careers of the employees working over there. She plays only politics and indulges in unethical activities but blames others for it. She has no knowledge and is a complete misfit to lead the branch. It is shocking that her superiors continue to support her despite many complaints in the past. All hard working and high performing employees have left the branch because of her. The management especially her superiors were apprised of the situation prevailing in the branch including her disgusting behaviour numerous times but they turned a blind eye towards it.
