I like the way company keep coming up with different agenda with no action plan. This is evident not internally but outside as well fo ex: Announcing Demerger of Co into Audit & Others and spending 6M dollar to ultimately scrap the same. This was only done to be in news and gain publicity.

Dislikes

The company runs on favoritism and false commitment. Here more than work and KPI , how good you at keep with your senior and blindly doing/following what they say.

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
