We can't say Farepayer Pvt Ltd is a company. Farepayer Pvt limited and Vaayutrip trip are a Lala ki dukan. Because both companies directors(LALA) is same.They gave salary next month of 15-20th after that 8 to 9th reminder.Company not provided ESI,PF and medical facilities. They deduct every month 7000 to 8000 unnecessary from the salary on the name of Lala company policy. Phone have to submitted on Reception. If any people want to spoil his or her life then join this Lala dukan. They are also thieves, they didn't pay if any people resigned from this company....Read More

Working at Fareportal was the worst professional experience of my life. The office culture is toxic, with zero regard for employees' well-being. The company's sole focus is on achieving targets, often through unethical means, such as pressuring employees to sell plane tickets or hotel bookings at exorbitant markups, particularly to vulnerable groups like senior citizens or those who are less tech-savvy. Selling a $100 ticket for $1000 is not uncommon, and this blatant exploitation is actively encouraged. Work-life balance does not exist here. The company demands extra hours almost daily and forces employees to work six days a week at least twice a month under false pretenses of unmet targets. They don’t care if you’re sick or hospitalized – meeting targets is the only thing that matters. Forget about promotions or skill development; you’re merely a cog in their machine, logging in to scam unsuspecting customers. The management is the worst part. A manager who went by the alias "Rob" epitomized the toxic environment. His behavior was outright abusive, constantly threatening employees with job loss if targets weren’t met. Complaining to HR is useless because they turn a blind eye to everything, protecting their own interests. His harassment drove me into depression, and there was no support from the company whatsoever<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Yes, the salary and incentives can be decent, but they come at a huge moral and mental cost</mark>. Your earnings depend on how well you can manipulate and mislead people into paying outrageous prices. This is not a company for anyone who values ethics, personal well-being, or professional growth. Overall, my experience was horrible. I would give this company 0 out of 10 and never recommend it to anyone. There are 100 of reason for dislike. I was working on this company from May 2019 to June 2021. When the first wave of company hit... So called CEO of Fareportal Mr. sam Jain sent an email that I will take my salary as Rs. 1 per month till this pandemic will get over but will not fire anyone from company and to the very next moment approx 250 people got an email that you are no longer part of this company. Then after sometime approx 200 people they kept on Leave without pay till further notice so we have to resign out of choice. The work life balance is like they can call u anytime in office when they need and way back to home is not as per your shift timing but it is as per your manager choice. Worst company.
