2 Appraisals were promised(April & October) on the time of joining but new have been changed to 1 cycle due to which mane employees gave to face monetary demotivation. Very poor in strategy, Top management except Pawan sir has no vision for the future. Management frequently changes the strategy. Top level is not that professional.. HR - 0, They never hear anybody and when they speak it will be out of this planet which sounds very unprofessional and immature.

This is like a startup, having business in Dubai and other countries. The primary revenue comes through wedding plans. Here you can get a good salary and designation.

Dislikes

This is totally desi Lala company. CFO and management can fire you at a time without giving any prior notice. The professional environment is totally missing here.
