Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is cafeteria for lunch nd tea break but company policy is not good 👎

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address salary us decent but career growth is slow there is a bind of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

Dislikes

Not ample scope to learn and develop. People are pulled up for no fault of theirs. The job security of employees depends on the whims of clients and there is no role the management plays in retaining vintage employees. Pathetic.

After resigning the job HR do not co-ordinate for the PF withdrawn which I need due to covid-19.
