Incompetent middle level. Low compensation rate. Excessive work pressure. No reward system. Low job security. Faulty evaluation system.

It a good company , where we have to work and get much more knowledge about the security ethics, management also very good, i also like the employee rehire policy.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow, work pressure is very high some time Branch heads do not value an operation managers, all depends on Operation manager, appreciation and dedication of work did not analysis by the management heads , one things i have noticed there is no difference between the Guards and management employee, mostly go unnoticed during my mid -appraisals, there no quarterly ops meeting in the company , which is the major drawback of operations, recruitment of security guards is very much delayed by the Hr. lead in branches, which is also reflect the short age of manpower issue....Read More

Work Details

Frankly speaking my work is very much challenging as i have to look after entire Operations, But i stay on my toes to rectify my ops issues immediately. As long as i get to work closely with the client , it will be a great learning experience.
