Nice to work with GeBBS with 4 years of experience...Good opportunities to learn and grow..Nice working culture and environment so that we can balance our work life.

Dislikes

Just lacking for salary benefits as I was joined there as fresher..Not enough appraisals so that after 4 years also I was not having that much enough salary.Salary is less and work pressure with politics is high actually.

Work Details

Analysis of entire chart and provide correct feedback to respective coders. Provide weekly education and PKT. Prepare GRM and CCT, PKT analysis and Quality report. Provide special quality attaintion to PIP coder and OJT audits

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)
