I have never seen this kind of company in my life.

Dislikes

there is no hike, every year they send assesment for appraisal. Only higher administartor salary will be 4x every year. Normal Grade person salary will be increased <5%. I would suggest to work anywhere in this universe but not work here.

The only thing that is beneficiary for those working in SRL is the subsidized rates for all the diagnostic tests for employees and their families. Other than that there is nothing worth working for in this company.

Dislikes

Toxic work environment, zero work-life balance, exploitative work culture, extremely poor in resources as well as infrastructure, which results in the employees being overburdened with work. Zero appreciation for work, and very poor appraisal/increment system, despite being such a successful diagnostic company. Would never recommend this organization to anyone.
