DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY EVEN IF YOU ARE BROKE! Absolutely worse company where some employees have become step kids of some influential people and ultimately become the nepotism product. Doesn't matter if you work hard or smart no body at this company likes people who are smarter than them. Give a good idea no one will listen and atthe end they will blow bomb on you. I can't say anything is right there. Start from Team Lead/Manager or HR. No one has any idea about company policy or way of working. No leave policy, if you ask for leave, it seems, you asked for some property from HR/TL/Manager. Very high-level politics, all credit is taken by the lead or who have high catch-up management. No work-life balance, even on weekends, they ask for some work & no other compensation of payout. What to say about HR? They are more than hell, with no idea of any policy, even though they are the boss of policy. Never suggest any one to join. Even in medical condition, they ask you to come office....Read More
