1. Free Lunch. 2. Salary on time. 3. Your peers are supportive and friendly. (most) 4. GeeksforGeeks' brand value has really helped the employees here in switching but that value is also on some serious decline.

Dislikes

1. Toxic and insensitive management. They will lay you off just before your marriage. You will be frowned upon whenever you ask for a leave or WFH. (They were good till 2023, IDK what got into them after that) 2. No new ideas for product growth, hence the employees' growth has also gone massively slow. 3. Their focus has shifted from quality candidates to interns for better "cost benefits." 4. The work doesn't matter, you being visible on your seat matters. 5. Most of the star employees have already been laid off or they have resigned from the company. 6. Shift timings are of 10 hours each day now.
