Liking there nothing to like in geeks for geeks. I’ve had a horrible experience working with them.They’re very unprofessional.HR of this company is not HR’S they’re firing machines.They have fired 100s of people since January to till date without any prior notice.This happens with me also last Friday they announced there are some UPS installations happening in the entire floor so everyone will working for home on Friday. I was not aware that in mid of afternoon they’ll revoke my access to my mail id without any discussion also they have that much of audacity. I was shattered at that time I don’t how to react what to do??? Still i coping with this trauma trying to get out of pain and applying for company. I hope they’ll get what they deserve....Read More

1. Toxic and insensitive management. They will lay you off just before your marriage. You will be frowned upon whenever you ask for a leave or WFH. (They were good till 2023, IDK what got into them after that) 2. No new ideas for product growth, hence the employees' growth has also gone massively slow. 3. Their focus has shifted from quality candidates to interns for better "cost benefits." 4. The work doesn't matter, you being visible on your seat matters. 5. All I liked about GFG is gone. I was really started facing depression but I noticed that when I left GFG in frustration without having any offer in-hand.

Everything including micro-management, 6 days working (unofficial), laying off people on daily basis, no real task (higher management is doing illogical task just to show dependency), no proper planning to do any task, uncertainty, in every two months they change the sitting, they see you from cctv and indirectly question you, if you will go away from your seat even for 10 mins. Every single employee in GFG is either get laid off by them, or they are resigning because of their toxic culture and dictatorship behaviour....Read More

There is too much politics in this company. Especially in the sales department, No one lets you move forward. giving holidays in quarterly basis and have to submit a health ceritficate if you are taking sick leave.can only take 4 leave in a quarter and which cant be forwarded to another quarter...worse management.

only thing that i like is they give salery in time and apart from this every thing every thing is worse.havent seen worse management then this....leaves will be given by them in quarterly basis and one can only take 6 leaves in a 3 month for ful time employee...in which 1.5 is sick leave 1.5 is casual and 3 is paid leave which cant be forwarded to another quarter.if you take a sick leave then you have to submit medical document to them.in your office space they will fix your sitting position and if you change once they will literally make you regrete. and need to complete 45hrs in a week which is equivalent to 9hr a day....Read More
