When I joined company it was because of I expected passion in company. But that resulted in just reverse scenario.

Dislikes

Since Chinese are very conservative in their approach, complete culture of Gionee is very demotivating & sad.

I like many things like, training classes And very friendly boss were there, appraisal at every years, good environment to work there

Dislikes

Company had some issues, like service, product unavailability, advertisement, And no growth were there, we didn't get offer to promote our self,,, there were no opportunity for us ,,, just we can se at same place to itself even many years later

I have been work 2 years in Gionee smartphone, that was very good days of my career,I have learnt everything here from zero I did started my self ... And after some month I could seen my self at next level.. I liked to much those training classes

Only one problem was job security... Otherwise it was a great pleasure to such a company.

Dislikes

They are not suppose to focus the sale in north india. . So it is too difficult to make market here.

I was working as a sales executive at kottayam. The package was satisfactory, I was the top scorrer for several months. Even though the company has to focus in sales and service availability.
