Finding yourself with a ceiling over your career is not a good place for an employee to be. The first step is taking an honest look at the situation and listing the reasons you’re not getting promoted. If an employee feels they’re qualified and constantly getting passed up for a promotion, take the initiative, get yourself noticed and learn what’s needed to be considered for the job. Everything, Specially One Factory Head! I got unlucky and and stuck there no one should be his under the pressure no system and only shouting and nothing else they never help us to work just the meeting with Chinese person because they don't know how to speaks in English ! No senses of talking at all. work Life balance is bad no Out timing!! Promotion be like 1-2% no job securities at all.

I felt i was a little difficult to deal with but they were patient and worked through things with me. I was looking for full phone monitoring work for my husband because i think he is involved with someone else. With this panel i can now track his movements and check his chats. That is what i needed. Working in Haier is too hard.. Many more employee joined and left bcz of fast standing work .. also canteen facility is no too good. For dinner you need to stand in line first and wait.... whereas time is only half an hour..your 15 min..waste by standing in line.....etc
