The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that has a global client base,And the plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high as according to the salary. And no travelling is there and company hiring off-role employee.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product and distribution life cycle as well as manage day-to-day yield operations.As long as I get to work closely with the client,it will a great learning experience.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I like many things like, training classes And very friendly boss were there, appraisal at every years, good environment to work there

Company had some issues, like service, product unavailability, advertisement, And no growth were there, we didn't get offer to promote our self,,, there were no opportunity for us ,,, just we can se at same place to itself even many years later

They are not suppose to focus the sale in north india. . So it is too difficult to make market here.
