Great Company to work with, good work life balance and sportive environment. Can explore and connect with any team and any managers, no managers shows attitude towards other team employees, nice knowledge sharing will be there.

Dislikes

Advice to Management please improve Salary structures, some policies to be updated and CTC is not upto the mark. They will say its same as market standards but it doesn't. Need to improve Salary percentages and hikes.

Tasks are provided near the deadlines and spend nights to complete those tasks. 4. No learning and lack of knowledge in the team. 5. Micromanagement by the manager based on language.
