Globant is a great company to work with lots of perks and benefits. Salary will be according to market standards.

Dislikes

For some clients the work life balance is almost nowhere to be seen. You will be working for 12-13 hrs a day and sometimes on weekends also.

Earlier it used to be nice company but now since they do not have enough projects, it got ruined.

Dislikes

Stupid Policies. If you are on project, 2 days work from office and if not then, you need to come to office daily. Unnecessarily creating ruckus amongst the employees. No Job security, anytime you can be laid off.

Appraisal is a myth, cycle is jan to dec but Appraisal isn't given till November of next year that too if you are lucky Billing is key, projects will work you 12 hours a day and at time of appraisal manager will say you didn't contribute much to globant side internal activities even when he knows you were working 12 hours a day, itsjust a convenient excuse to give poor rating so be mindful of that....Read More
