There is one devil named sunil promoted as VP he runs the show of customer success where he has some selective girls whom he picks and promotes them !HR is useless who does parot talking of sunil! He has 0 etiquettes on how to behave !There are no old folks left in groww because of his leadership!

no work ethics , no professionality ,management sucks and the ceos do not know of how evil this sunil politics is disgusting!

At this point of time there is nothing to like in this company 50 to 60% employees are unhappy.

Dislikes

Management ask to work overtime without overtime benifits they put so much pressure. Promotions and appraisal is very tough because there is politics everywhere from start to bottom. Groww is very slow. From last few months company work culture is down immensely.
