What I like the most about Gspann is , its cultural principles. The recognition employees receive and the abilty to to communicate openly with top leadership, where even the most junior staff are heard, are standout features. While HR policies could be enhanced, Gspann boasts a team of heighly skilled employees, managers, and Directors. i'm noit in favor of 4 day WFO policy, especially when managers still except 24/7 availabilty. the salary increases seem to be capped at 1-3 lakhs, rather than percentge-based. Which mainly benefits only freshers over experienced employees. It's crucial to hire the right people with proper vetting.

Your experience is not considered in this company. If you want promotion, you need to be good with your managers. No need of technical excellence is required to get promoted. HR people are good for nothing here. If you complain against someone, these hrs ask the same person " hey we got complain against you and please let us know what should we do" :D

With my 1 yr stay there in hyderabad office, i should say that it is a very good company to work for. Again, my stay was very short so i don't know about how the appraisals and other perks related stuff works.
