Till until a few years ago this was a great company to work for but lately with the new leadership taking over at their India Development Centre ..the Company’s credibility has come down with the clients..no focus on trainings nor on employee growth Some competency managers don’t even bother to turn up or respond to mails when they’re is a escalation from client RMG has this habit of window dressing consultant experience when submitting the profiles to the customers ..which create problems in the long run.. Project billing overall has come down with many resources being on part billing Many great leaders who led this company have left the company.....Read More
