It's a very good company

Dislikes

When a staff member is already working at one site, why is he sent to another site without any valid reason? And if he has to be transferred, there should be a proper reason — not just because he doesn’t have any known contact at the Head Office, so he can be sent anywhere.

I worked at HG for 1.6 years, and I didn't get a single rupee increment. Why? I completed 19 crore PQC in Ganga 6 packages, and on top of that, I was transferred to 3 different sites. Everyone keeps telling me, "Work for another 2 months, then we’ll evaluate your performance and consider it." This is nothing but office politics. That's why I quit.
