The only good thing about this company is to always keep you in their role even if there is no work. Job security is high when comparing to another companies that I have worked so far.

Dislikes

They have to think in the shoes of employees. Because, they don't appraise the employees based on their performance. They just provide appraisal to everyone same. Its making a bad example for those works diligently.

Being an Engineering Services company, they will provide training on Various CAD ( Catia,NX,Creo,etc) and you will be deputed to Tier 1 Companies around Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Pune. Good opportunity for fresher's in terms of Knowledge gaining and work exposure. But salary wise you will be paid very less and appraisals are also less.

Dislikes

Very Low Salary and appraisals. Work environment will be good as you will be deputed in MNC's. There is no activities relating to innovation. Main Drawback in working here is Salary and HR responses for our queries.

Depending on the sector/company work will be different but mostly on CAD softwares (Drawings/Modeling/others)

The company has both onshore and offshore projects. Clients are reputed companies like TVS, SFL, Harita Seatings, Volvo, Caterpillar, Alstom. Few clients may absorb the people deputed in the project as onrole. Management is good. HR team conducts frequent activities and outings to relieve mental stress.

Dislikes

It has disadvantages for any engineering services company. One (usually) cannot have decision-making capabilities on the project. You should be lucky to get a good project if you are on the bench.

I was deputed at the client location for engineering design activities and absorbed by the client after 2 years.
