Don't expect any promotion, appraisal, company benefits for an management side. Salary was not credited properly. Not an flexible work hours. No cab and food allowance. HR response is too worst in management

I was deployed at client place that was best part .

No job security, Harita asked to go 17 employee with 2 day notice period as there contract end with client which they were knew year back it will end in July 2019, they dint pay as per notice period, last 4 months they made false / fake promises that they will deploy all at other clients or location ,we as employee trapped in there fake promises , but finally removed all in 2 day, this was too horrible, they played with employee feelings<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The company has both onshore and offshore projects. Clients are reputed companies like TVS, SFL, Harita Seatings, Volvo, Caterpillar, Alstom. Few clients may absorb the people deputed in the project as onrole. Management is good. HR team conducts frequent activities and outings to relieve mental stress....Read More

Dislikes

It has disadvantages for any engineering services company. One (usually) cannot have decision-making capabilities on the project. You should be lucky to get a good project if you are on the bench.
