because the company provides a structured work environment and growth opportunities. The management is supportive, and training sessions are provided regularly to help employees improve their skills. I also appreciate the team culture — colleagues are cooperative and the work process is transparent. Overall, it’s a good place to learn and grow in the finance sector.

Dislikes

While I appreciate many aspects of working at HDB Financial Services, one area I find challenging is the high work pressure, especially during month-end or target periods. Sometimes, long working hours can affect work-life balance. However, I understand that this is common in financial services and I try to manage it by staying organized and focused.

I don’t work for this company or don’t want to work with this terrible company who harasses customers mental health. Company where calls never gets recorded and loan department always calls you even after you say you’re not interested. Terrible services, I have sent an email please look into it.

Nothing support for lockdown working also in lockdown.

No promotion, no transparency with incentive, salary too low not acceptable only rs. 8000/- no support in office work ,they ask only work without support, target also too high , if you do not achieve you can't receive rs. 1 also of incentive part. You can join here only if you are not getting jon anywhere.seniour and branch staff also can abuse you , you have to be listen that also. I have proof.
