Can meet more people will get more good relationships. We can communicate with more people.

Dislikes

Will not get committed incentivise. We have to maintain good relationships with l1 manager and l2 manager for our career growth. They will not provide petrol allowances also we have to spend from our salarie. Office time will start at 9am and end time 9pm.

Work Details

As per daily lead basis we have to meet customer but it will be either within 30 km or above 30 km.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Good working culture. U can learn within a team. They provide good salary and incentives. The only thing is ur career growth can be a issue other wise all thing are perfect. Hdfc life provide higher job security even in pandemic.

Only thing is career growth. Monetary growth u "ll find here but position wise it's seems difficult.
