No work life balance. Favouritism. Office politics. You will hardly find anyone talking good about HDFC life company. This is a very toxic place to work. I was working in Mumbai corporate office - Mahalaxmi. The HR here are really useless. They dont conduct any activities for employees. Even if you complain about your managers to them they will ignore it. It is just a brand and nothing else. Avoid working here. You wont even have proper desk assigned to you. There are more employees and less desks. They dont even care about their emplooyees sitting arrangement....Read More

Company no doubt very in terms everything except Management

Management are terrible... there initially 10days training was just time pass after hitting the Operation the Manager is not been ready to understand the 10days training concern simultaneously 1st day after hit Operation Manager tried to scolding you including everyone it's feeling very embarrassed Moments felt confident less personality. Experience was very horrified
