Professionally managed Company, I had with them in very tough period, HCC is one of the best Company in construction Industry.

Dislikes

Professional Rivalry/Politics are everywhere and that is unavoidable but particular regional preference/dictatorship can be seen in few. However I don't think that affect on any good people.

Grouping/politics are there like others, I had with HCC when market condition was worse so we faced lot of problem. However from all respect HCC is the best.

Dislikes

Salary constraint force me to leave. Family accommodation was not up to mark. Site level HR policy need little bit improvement.

Work Details

Work with HCC site sometimes hectic, despite enough staff strength, execution team (manager) not able to maintain proper documentation which helps to realization of work done. Everybody concern with progress.
