There is a lot of work pressure, working hours become 13-14 hours, your personal life ends,you are not able to give time to your family. Upper management and seniors abuse and use foul language. There is no fixed time for providing salary and convince, sometimes it comes on time, sometimes it comes 2-2 days late.
