Moderate work life balance with rotational shifts (A and B for women). Although the shift is not changed every week for no apparent reasons. However Diwali bonus and additional salary for night shifts( only for men) is good.

Dislikes

Workplace culture has highly decreased over the last 1.5 years, food served in the cafeteria is average, no skill development or career opportunity or promotion whatsoever.

Very unsatisfactory.The work is fine and really easy if you are trained properly.However, your daily post is not fixed and you get pushed around a lot towards the tasks you clearly do not prefer. Overall good place to work while you do additio
