There is job security in this company. They will not fire you under any circumstances unless it is a critical disciplinary issue.

Dislikes

To begin with, there is hell lot of bureaucracy and formalities in this company. There is lack of sense of responsibility in cross functional departments and a tendency to demotivate the employees. If you work in shift then be prepared to overstay for 3-4 hours more. i.e. 10-12 hours approx. There are five managers who actually decide what work you will do, how much salary you will get and whether you are performing or not. So in order to grow in this company you have to please all the five managers. There is no career growth in this company as there is no vacancy in managerial posts and it will take around another 10 years to create opportunity in that post....Read More

Infrastructure of the company is very good. They take utmost care of their employees when it comes to sanitisation and masking. Covid response of the company is very good. Benefits and compensation are good. Food quality is good. transportation facility is good. Plant is completely air conditioned. Lots of things to learn as they have systematic approach for the same and have schedule for various learning....Read More

Production leadership is very poor. Over burdening production staff due to managerial inefficiency. Lack of team management in production. No learning from the seniors. Humiliation is very common.

Work Details

It’s almost 10-12 hrs shift if you are in A shift. Also, you will constantly be asked to attend online meetings even if you are on leave, travelling or even in hospital.

This company has job security and they have never fired an employee unless it is a behavioural issue.

Dislikes

Teammates are not cooperative, too much politics in upper and middle management level, the dominance of quality department has reduced the company's profitability to greater extent. Projects are slogging due to lack of support from managers. The salary appraisal is decided by all the managers in top management and your boss hardly has any voice in it. They assemble only one product and most of the processes are manual so there is nothing much to learn....Read More
