Career growth is almost negligible , compensation and travel allowances are very poor , work culture has detoriated a lot and its work culture is just like any other indian company , i have worked for this company for 4 years and not satisfied. Plus no perks are given to employees , company is good for senior level employees.

Polite review - 1.On paper package they will show huge package but inhande salary will be 30% less There are many deductions. 2. Main disadvantage u didn't get time to enjoy personal life as distance of company is far from city it is in remote area. 3. Shift time are very heptic mainly in all 3 shifts u will not get time for personal life 4. Transport facility is very dull.
