Dislikes

Appraisal they try to show its performance driven but it's purely PR based. No 2way discussion on ratings and improvement areas. No skill enhancement trainings seminars. Only excel sheets showing good statistics is what management likes to see. T Cafeteria available but only twice a day u can take tea. Rest you can imagine
