Might be the other teams having good culture and work life balance. Otherwise there nothing I feel good here the management is only good for BPO n operations. They don't know how to manage the technical teams.

Dislikes

Everything, no hikes, no promotion, no work-life balance, bad politics, no skill development and no new technologies, ancient way of working, no skill development and budget, very poor work environment and no knowledge and also very poor mentality and thinking of people.
