We can grow our self along with work,opportunity to learn,we feel proud to say that we are ex IDP'ians ,we are surviving our lives only because of IDP. Learnt more ..I have worked with so many companies othert han but I never felt that ..I am doing satisfactory job ....This is the only company...we can say proudly .

Everything is perfect in IDP except one thing...that is.Career wise we can grow ..but not salary..this is the only reason ..I left from IDP...You people are deciding the salary based on previous pay slips...if we worked for a small company...but may we have much knowledge,..much talkative skils,much convincing skils...all these will definately comes out with in a year..you please has to see the growth of the counsellor..towards work and you have to correct that salary based on their growth....Read More

The working culture is worst, employees are not given space to work and there is no respect for the employees, High level management never look after the lower level employees and doesn’t care about their job satisfaction, lot of difference in salaries from old to new employees, experienced to freshers. Branch head has worst management skills which is leading to lot of resignations, even worst thing is that they show lots of racial discrimination. IDP is a good company but people made it a bad experience for me....Read More

the company is good but the middle level management is not good at all like if your manager likes you ,you will be good or else they make work place a hell for you my own manager tried to spoil my work and when i complained no action was taken no help from top level as well
