Nothing WORST COMPANY EVER. Someone teach them how to hire and train new joinees. they call 15days training

Dislikes

Their training is the worst, there are no systems and processes in place. They assign any random teacher to get new teachers trained And those teacher don't feel obliged to maintain a routine or reply properly. Their management doesn't respond in timely manner, doesn't listen or answers emails. At last if you are planning to join asa "Tutor Partner" as they call it read their terms and conditions they don't consider tutors as their employees, so forget all benefits and perks. I feel this company should be shut down for violating labor laws and poor work ethics....Read More
