As of today's situation you get single digit percentage hike and that's also not justified that on what ground they are providing you less appraisal.. 8 out 10 things are disliked by each employee here.. Indian management has made this office as lala company. Seniors only promote there favourite person no matter what they are doing and what not. Promotion till Team Lead is very easy (that too for fav. People). but At AM level they don't trust any IHG person. they will hire from outside only. This leads to fear of job security and no growth at all. Company culture is just like lala company.. office politics and just showing off their work. In India office, promotions are not based on merit. They are already fixed and beyond manager level there are hardly any females. In the team itself there is lots of discrimination & judgemental, make u demotivate . There is no training in the department or learning, there is job security feels insecurities. There is no career growth never agree to do internal transfer if they yes it will be in a sarcastic way that mean u ll never get the internal transfer in the company. Salary increment is pathetic no ihg policy has been used. Felt like there is less learning & u r in the small pond. Very important they give bad feedback for there employee if they apply to any other company inshort they spoiling there career & make sure in less salary u work at this organization.
