Job security in Tier- 2 cities, as it's difficult to get RM hired for wealth team and and after 1-2 years they shup down their branch of it's loss making. It happened in my location twice. So they can do layoff of not require.

Job is not secured, your one mistake you will be fired with great insult. This is happening with all departments employees. No scope of your work recognition. No motivation for your hard work. Respect of employees is meaningless for them.
