It's has less salary and late promotion and less appraisal are the issue which was not on time I hope they make a good plan for future to make it on time.

Over all work environment is good.. Will able to learn a lot in Medical Billing, as IKS does end to end business.. Company provides home pick up and drop off.. Fix shift 5.30pm to 2.30 am and 5days working.. No OT...

When it comes incentives I am a bit disappointed.. IKS gives quarterly incentive.. 2018 we did not got the incentive for 2quarters.. I believe they should start with monthly incentive program it could be a motivating factor for employees. There is no OT given..

Management politics. Fake Promises made by HR. No support given to employees. Management taking issue in Personal they misuse the position given to them. I had been blamed for data leak which I did not even think of and my team leader wanted me to be behind bars that's why he spread this fake news and convinced the management to take strict action against me, my salary and my PF has not been given to me yet. luckily the manager from the other department supported me as he knew that there was no chance to take any details from the system.
